This is a all around Great Restaurant that I Will come back to again and again. Appetizers were creative and Delicious. Beef Cheeks were out of this world. Fresh Fish was cooked perfectly and of course the sure sign of a great chef is he comes out and introduces himself and makes sure you enjoyed his creations. Great job Chef PASCAL!!

It was so good the first night that we had to come back. Sitting at the bar now waiting for takeout. Food is fantastic. Service is great and the chef comes out and talks to you. Highly, highly recommend. The escargot and the octopus were both outstanding.

Chef Pascal Restautant is a gem at San Carlos. Most of the time you will find Pascal giving you excelente recommendatios for different tastes and occasions. It’s always the best option if you are driving through the Panamericanan road .The food is absolutely amazing and Chef Pascal is always happy to explain the menu o make a creation special for you.

I celebrated my birthday here and it was the best birthday dinner I’ve ever had the workers were really nice and the food was everything. I’d definitely go back whenever I’m in Panama.

It's what you can expect from a high-end French restaurant. We enjoyed our meal: salad, soup, main course, dessert, and wine. The chef came to our table to greet us. We didn't have a reservation.

Best dinner I've had in the area! Gluten free option was available. I enjoyed a GF seafood pasta and the octopus, prawns, muscles etc.. we're all cooked to perfection! Our friend said her dinner (lamb special) was the best she's ever had! We will be back!!
